What delivery method does Focal Point Fires use?

For UK orders we use DPD. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day after despatch for most of the UK mainland. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, or if the items are heavy, delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

For International Delivery we use DPD or FedEx to despatch your order.

For deliveries to qualify for the Next Working Day Delivery, your order must be placed before Midday Monday - Thursday, orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Monday. If you require a Next Day Delivery, please select the Saturday Delivery option.

Our Opening Hours are: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm

If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to sales@focalpointfires.co.uk.

Delivering to your address

Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed. 

For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
